I can't tell you how excited I am at this present moment!
Less than a year ago I was a newcomer to property investment and a million miles from achieving any sort of economic freedom. Now I am working with some fantastic people and helping people just like you to make investment in property a reality.
I have just launched my new website www.deenahoney.co.uk which is packed with information to educate and motivate you.
I am speaking at Property Networking events and seminars to motivate others to help them achieve the same success as I have, and now I have officially launched a "First Step Mentorship Program" to get you off to a flying start in Property Investment, but more about that later.
The latest exciting news is that, because of the amazing contacts I have made in the industry, I am now able to bring some incredible property deals to my clients. It really is a case of "who you know" as well as "what you know"
I look forward to informing, educating and motivating you to reaching those goals in life which each of us have the ability to make happen. Sometimes we just need a little help and some guidance.
Why Property and Whu Now?
So why is now the best time in 10 years to buy property? It's a great question, deserves a great answer, so let's firstly look at some of the facts:
- House pices are at rock bottom
- Less houses for sale
- Rental demand is high
- Repossessions are up
- Unemployment continues to rise
- Estate agents are continuing to close
- There are many new creative finance products available.
- Low interest rates
Even as a new investor looking at some of those facts I can see why now is a good time to invest in property. Everything goes in circles and the property market is no exception.
If you look at the growth curve it consists of peaks and troughs. Understanding this will help you succeed in the property market, and the good news is that most of the property experts believe we still have a good year to 18 months to take advantage of the low property prices and I would agree.
There's only one snag and that is you need to take action!
Immediate action will see you well on the way to serious money for life and the great thing is anybody can do it, I did. And its not all about buying property for long term growth there are so many other opportunities within property to generate an income and I'm talking a substantial income.
So make sure you are ready to take action and remember the cycle as it will be a long while before we see an opportunity to buy property so cheap.

As I mentioned earlier, I have just launched my fabulous new website which provides some great information on many aspects of the property investment business.
One of the highlights includes a section on "How to deal with Estate Agents". This, as with all the information on the site was written from from my own personal experience.
As I went to more and more Estate Agents in my area, I started to work out the best ways to get what I wanted from them. I learnt how to act, what to ask for, how to reward the good ones and avoid the bad.
Take a good look around and please feel free to give me some feedback.
First Step Mentorship Program
This month also sees the official launch of a very exciting project which I know will help many people. My "First Step Mentorship Program" has already proved essential to newcomers to property investment. I can not stress enough the value of education. I myself was fortunate to attend The Progressive Property Seminar which gave me the the knowledge and confidence to go out and find and negotiate on property. But it took a lot to actually get off my backside and go and put what I had learnt into practice.
That's the reason why I put my mentorship program together. I know that once you have decided to get going, something always pulls you back, busy lives, what we call the "kids, cat and dogs" syndrome, we all suffer with that. You may feel a little uncertain of the next step, but it's really important not lose the momentum. I can help you.
